1. Take Inspired Action
There are no excuses to not go after the life you want. Set your intentions for the day. How are you going to make a difference in your life today to get you closer to your goal?

2. Take Responsibility 100%
Anything is possible if you take full responsibility for your life and stop putting the blaming on others.

3. Prep & Plan for the Next Day
There’s no reason why you can’t spend 10 minutes getting your lunch and your clothes ready for the next day. You’ll wake up feeling less stressed and more focused.

4. Use Affirmations
Start your day with affirmations beginning with the words “I AM…”

eg “I AM focused and enjoying my life” I AM confident and happy”Turn this into a habit and you’re sure to feel better about yourself.

5. Stop Complaining
Change your vocabulary! Stop using negative words and choose your words wisely. Act as if you already have what you want to achieve.

6. Be Grateful
Focus on what is positive in your life. Be grateful for all the things and people you have in your life. Gratitude is the key to living a happy and positive life.

7. Eat Breakfast
Food is what fuels your body. You can’t run on empty so ensure you get up 10 minutes earlier and fill yourself up!

Make sure you make this part of your morning routine.

8. Yoga or Meditation
Yes, I know this takes time but if you want a great start to your morning routine then give one or both of them a shot.

9. Be Kind to Your Skin
Make sure to take care of your skin by setting aside a few minutes for your morning routine.

10. Make Your Bed
You’ll appreciate this when you go to bed at the end of the day. Seeing your bed organised and tidy will help to keep you more focused and productive.
